Customer data
Customer documents, prompts, models, embeddings, and local AI outputs are intended to remain on customer-controlled systems unless the customer explicitly asks MADA AI to access them for support.
Third-party tools
The website may use analytics, CRM, scheduler, payment, financing, and support tools. These should be configured with data minimization before launch.
Retention
Consultation and customer records should be retained only as long as needed for service, accounting, warranty, support, and legal obligations.
