These terms outline how MADA AI handles estimates, installation, support, hardware, AI limitations, and customer responsibilities.
Estimates and quotes
Website pricing is directional. Final quotes depend on hardware availability, customer requirements, installation location, support level, taxes, shipping, and procurement conditions.
Hardware and warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible parts. MADA AI may provide installation and support warranties separately through the customer's written proposal.
AI limitations
Local AI systems can make mistakes. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in legal, medical, financial, operational, or safety-sensitive decisions.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate requirements, safe installation access, appropriate power/network conditions, lawful data, and authorized software licenses.
Support scope
Support plans cover the services listed in the accepted proposal. Unsupported third-party modifications, misuse, physical damage, or unapproved software changes may require a separate service fee.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use MADA AI services to build systems for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized access, malware, fraud, or other illegal activity.
